How do we handle uncertainty when it comes at us from all directions? And then there is limited chance that everything would just calm down. Disruption seems to be the new norm, from the outside and the inside.

In our offside location, in the middle of nature, we suddenly experience the advantage in living and working in the countryside. There is a possibility to calm down in watching nature, the ocean and looking into the horizon. The little surprises nature does provide every other second. Only this morning the moorhens illustrated some lessons on brave collaboration in helping each other to cross the road. Or just to see the rabbits in changing direction with a speed we would wish to see in corporate transformation programs. 

Nowadays a lot of things do work better in the countryside. We see the energizing effect on people’s mental health, a general wellbeing in the team after spending some time together in nature and a good bonding in experience a regional network where everybody knows each other and is trusting each other.
